About
Jeremy Smart (Ecosphere) has worked on a range of key policy initiatives across both state and federal government levels since 1999. Prior to his departure in 2007, Jeremy in his role with the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance, was involved in the development of the Investment Management Standard which is now instrumental to both Gateway and Business Case development across the state.
Workshop Facilitation
Jeremy left government during 2007 and since then has facilitated over 200 investment management workshops. These workshops have addressed the full gamut of issues facing government at a state level. He has also worked with the Queensland and West Australian governments as well as New Zealand authorities.
Facilitator Training
Jeremy, has in collaboration with Rae Fankhauser from Fankhauser and associates, trained over 2000 Victorian public servants and consultants in the investment management methodology.
Business Cases
Alongside Ian Smart from Optias, Jeremy has worked on a number of business cases, specifically within the education and planning portfolios.
