Ecosphere provides Victorian Government accredited facilitator training to support consultants and public servants tasked with building business cases and delivering projects.

Introductory Accredited Facilitator Training
This is a one day course covering facilitation techniques for the Problem Definition workshop of the Investment Management Standard.
The course aims to give you will gain an understanding of the fundamentals that underpin the investment management standard and the place of the Problem Definition workshop. You will also learn how to develop an Investment Logic Maps consistent with the guideline.
By taking part in a number of practical exercises throughout the day, you will build your knowledge and skills in the theory and practice associated with the Problem Definition workshop.
