Invesment Management
Whilst with the Department of Treasury and Finance, Jeremy Smart was directly responsible for the development and evolution of the Standard. He has extensive experience in facilitating workshops and reviewing both investment logic maps and benefit management plans submitted by departments and agencies.
Jeremy Smart is an accredited investment logic map facilitator.
Service 1: Investment Logic Map
- Initial discussion to determine workshop participants, process, timing and location (30 min)
- Create the investment logic map at a facilitated workshop (2 hrs)
- Transfer the map to the approved MS Visio template and distribute to participants (1 hr)
- Completion of the final map, following review by participants (1 hr)
Service 2: Investment Concept Brief
- Initial discussion to determine the workshop participants, timing and location (30 min)
- Create the investment concept brief at a facilitated workshop (2 hrs)
- Prepare concept brief and provide to participants (30 min)
Service 3: Benefit Management Plan
- Initial meeting to explain the method used in creating a benefit management plan (1 hr)
- Review the benefit management plan and provide feedback in line with the DTF Standard (1 hr)
All documentation will be delivered within 24 hrs.
Business Case Development
Ecosphere also provides a business case development and review service for business case documentation being prepared by government departments and agencies.
