Ecosphere has facilitated over 200 investment management workshops for government across Australia and New Zealand. These ensure projects deliver greater value to the community by clarifying the underlying logic of the investment at the outset. Workshops are compliant with Victorian Government standards.

In addition we facilitate workshops on the various components of business case development (risk, stakeholder management, community engagement), strategic planning, service planning, process improvement and organisational logic.

Communication

Ecosphere has been creating beautiful, functional websites for government, business and the community since 2002. We provide web design services to over 100 clients and specialise in the needs of government and small business. Each website comes with a tested, easy to use content management system that makes updating your information a breeze. We collaborate with Artsphere - artsphere.com.au - to provide low cost, stylish websites to the arts community.

Ecosphere provides training across a range of disciplines including workshop facilitation and website development. We also develop online training videos and material.

Innovation

Ecosphere has developed an innovative approach to writing business cases for government and business. Ecosphere has successfully completed business cases for case information systems, community health, bio-security, urban planning and education. Government business cases are prepared in accordance with the Investment Lifecycle Guidance provided by the Victorian Government.

Ecosphere can assist clients to improve business processes.  Problems in process optimisation can be straightforward and resolved by effective workshops and logic mapping, or they can be very complex and not resolvable using classical methods.

Through a closely related entity (Optias), Ecosphere has access to world leading mathematicians who have developed new technologies for non-smooth and non-convex optimisation.  These approaches have had considerable success.
